Heart & Belly Breathing exercise

This polyvagal breathing exercise will stimulate your vagus nerve to bring you into a state of rest and digest.

You can use it when you are feeling stressed or anxious or whenever you want to access deeper states of well-being. 

It can be done anywhere…at home, in bed, at your desk and is easy to learn.

Practice for 1 to 3 minutes or longer.
