When life is overwhelmingly painful, hard or challenging, your natural biological response is to lock-down and freeze, run and avoid, fight and push on or fawn to try and make it okay.

It can be hard to reach out for help because your system wants to protect you and keep you away from pain and what has hurt you. But this leaves you exhausted and ready to burst at the seams from holding in all your pain and big feelings, problems and worries so tightly and protectively. And nothing changes. You stay stuck in pain and painful patterns.

You might be afraid that no one will understand how you feel and what’s been happening for you. Or that if you reveal your challenges and how you really feel, you will be judged or misunderstood and it will just be too much pain to bear. I’ve been there too.

But as Anaïs Nin wrote, “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

Maybe today is the day to take a risk, even if it’s really scary so that you can find your way out of the pain and struggle and into the life and way of being that you long for?

Our work together

My role as your counsellor and healer is to meet you where you are to support and facilitate the unfolding of your experience and healing, guided by your intention and for your highest and best.

I track your unique healing process and the intelligence trying to unfold through you and weave in healing processes and tools to support you.

Everything is permission-based so you never have to do something or explore something that you don’t want to.

My 1:1 individual sessions combine sacred space holding, Jungian influenced process work techniques, energy healing, spiritual healing and holistic counselling grounded in safety.

Sessions are held online and run for 60 minutes.

The work we do together is safe, deep, soulful facilitation and exploration where together we:

  • understand, nurture and where possible transform your pain and struggle, including trauma and emotional neglect

  • unfold your challenges and goals to gain clarity and insight

  • identify repeating patterns and challenges and explore their roots

  • work obstacles and hidden growing edges

  • clear confusion and misunderstanding about your true nature

  • unfurl your gifts, inner resources and skills

  • and you learn how to navigate relationships and life as an empowered sensitive being.

I love to use my intuitive, empathic and shamanic gifts to support your healing.

Through shamanic and intuitive insight and knowing, as well as subtle sensing of feelings and energy I can track what is unknown or unseen in your life and energy field, create maps and help unfold your process for clarity, insight and transformation.

Your choices for working together

OPTION 1: Single Recalibration session

A single 60 minute session to explore your situation and seek to gain some immediate relief, clarity, insight, and increased capacity in your everyday life.

A Recalibration session can help you:

  • Clear shock and start to recover from a sudden or unexpected life change

  • Find relief from difficult or big emotions and energies from other people, environments, or situations

  • Gain clarity and insight about your situation ,blockages, desires and future direction

  • Feel more grounded, safe, empowered and nourished.

  • Increase your capacity to face your challenge, life, work and relationships by providing you with tools and strategies, while supporting you to connect with and trust your own wisdom, intuition and abilities.

  • Start to work on bigger or longer-term issues at your own pace

A Recalibration session may be ideal for you if:

  • You have a simple issue that you wish to explore, gain insight and relief from

  • You have a more complex situation that you want to work on at your own pace over time and book sessions as you need them

  • You want to experience what it’s like to work with me before committing to a package

  • You are happy to meet online via Skype

  • You’re not a resident of the USA or its protectorates (as I cannot support you due to professional indemnity insurance exclusions.)

OPTION 2: Safe Harbour package

A package of 6 x 60 minute sessions to provide a healing container for deeper support, insight, growth and change than what is possible in a single session alone.

You have the choice of scheduling your sessions:

A. 2 x per month for 3 months; or

B. 1 x per month for 6 months

The Safe Harbour package can help you:

  • Clear shock and start to recover from a sudden or unexpected life change

  • Find relief from difficult or big emotions and energies from other people, environments, or situations

  • Gain clarity and insight about your situation, blockages, desires and future direction

  • Feel more grounded, safe, empowered and nourished.

  • Explore what’s keeping you stuck and what needs to change, including identifying needs, boundaries, limiting beliefs and outdated patterns.

  • Begin to bring healing to challenges such as conflict, difficulties at work including work stress, bullying and burnout, relationship issues, or deep dissatisfaction or unhappiness wih where your life is at.

  • Increase your capacity to face your challenge, life, work and relationships by providing you with tools and strategies, while supporting you to connect with and trust your own wisdom, intuition and abilities.

  • Start to explore your inner world more deeply and gain clarity about yourself, your soul’s calling and life direction

  • Commit to work on bigger or longer-term issues in a safe and sacred healing container

The Safe Harbour package may be ideal for you if:

  • You are seeking ongoing and regular support or exploration and you like the comfort of having your sessions booked in ahead.

  • You have a more complex situation that you want to work on with many areas that you know you need to address and are willing to dive in and commit to the deeper work to transform your life.

  • You are happy to meet online via Skype

  • You’re not a resident of the USA or its protectorates (as I cannot support you due to professional indemnity insurance exclusions.)

Your investment

You have the following choices:

  1. AUD$980 paid in full upfront (for options A or B); or

  2. $340 per month for 3 months (if choosing option A)

  3. $170 per month for 6 months (if choosing option B.)

    Book your first session

    Follow the link below to my acuity scheduling calendar.

    1. (Optional) You can book in for a free 20 minute intro call to get a clearer sense of who I am and if I am the the right person to support you, otherwise you can book your first session.

    2. Choose between a Recalibration session or the Safe Harbour package and select your preferred session frequency and payment mode

    3. Choose the date and time of your first session. You will then be prompted to enter some personal details, read Terms and Conditions and make your payment.

    Read your welcome pack

    1. If this is your first ever session, within 48 hours of booking (Monday to Friday AEST) I will email you a Welcome Pack that will outline everything you need to know about how the session will work and how to book subsequent sessions or the remaining sessions of your package.

    2. I will ask you to provide emergency contact details and accept the Terms and Conditions by return email.

    Get ready for your session

    You will receive email reminders about your upcoming session.

    I will call you on Skype at the scheduled time of our meeting, so just be ready and waiting.

    Make sure you have read my T&C’s and understand my policies about cancellation and lateness.

    If this is your first ever session with me, the first 15 minutes of the session will be an intake questionnaire about your relevant personal history.
