Why I Walk With Midlife Women Through Awakening and Transition
I never set out to become an intuitive healer.
Like many who walk this path, I came to it through my own dark nights, my own healing, and the whispers of a deeper calling I could no longer ignore.
I’ve always been a deep, sensitive soul — the kind who asks why about everything, who feels the pain under the surface, who notices the subtle.
But for much of my life, I didn’t know I was sensitive. I didn’t know I was deep.
As a child, my inner world wasn’t mirrored back to me in ways that helped me understand or value who I truly was. And I know I’m not alone in that — many of us grew up in times, families, or cultures where emotional depth and spiritual sensitivity weren’t fully recognised or nurtured.
In older cultures, there might have been a village elder, healer, or temple guide who recognised these qualities and helped shape them. But in our modern world, many of us have had to discover them later — often through the long journey of healing.
It was only years later, in healing spaces, that I finally saw myself clearly. That I began to reclaim my inner knowing. That I realised my sensitivity wasn’t a flaw — it was a gift. A compass. A sacred way of knowing.
And now it’s a way I help others find their way home to themselves, too.
What I offer now is grounded in that knowing.
I offer holistic healing sessions for women — especially those in midlife or transition — who are navigating pain, loss, burnout, confusion, spiritual awakening, or a sense that something deeper is calling. These sessions are an amalgam of holistic counselling, spiritual and energy healing, and sacred space holding.
These sessions are not about fixing you. I’m here to walk beside you. To listen. To reflect back the parts of you that may never have been seen. To help you trust what’s rising and gently explore the places in you that are ready for healing, integration, and transformation.
Whether you’re carrying old wounds, navigating change, longing to reclaim your power, or feeling lost in your own sensitivity and spiritual growth — this work creates space for something sacred to unfold.
The soul has a language — and I listen for it.
This is not traditional talk therapy.
My work is subtle and energetic. I track the movements of your soul — the places where power has drained, where energy is held or scattered, where parts of you are waiting to return.
In session, we might follow feeling or sensation in your body, the flicker of a memory, an intuitive or symbolic image, or the energetic charge in your field. Often, what arises is unexpected — and deeply meaningful.
This is how the soul speaks. And I listen closely.
Clients have told me they’ve felt energy move that’s been stuck for a long time. That something old and unnameable finally shifts. That they leave feeling lighter, clearer, more whole.
The work I do is shaped by:
Over a decade of training and experience in holistic counselling, spiritual healing and energy work, and trauma-informed facilitation
A background in leadership and grounded, real-world experience (I was once a corporate leader before the soul called louder)
And a lifetime of being with people in their pain, their beauty, and their becoming
What clients say most often is:
“I feel safe with you. I feel like I can just be myself.”
That is the greatest compliment.
Healing with me is gentle, deep, sacred, and real.
I hold space with my whole being. I listen not just to your words, but to the subtle signals of your body, your energy, your emotions, and your soul.
I bring both the practical and the mystical — because healing happens in both realms.
And we go at the pace that feels right to you.
Why I do this work
Because I believe healing is a sacred act of remembering who you truly are.
Because I know the ache of living disconnected from your essence.
Because I want sensitive, soulful women to know that they are not broken — they are becoming.
Because I believe in your beauty, even when you can’t see it yet.
And because midlife is a powerful threshold — one often ignored or dismissed in our culture.
It’s a time when old identities begin to loosen — mother, caregiver, achiever, maiden, good girl — and deeper questions arise: Who am I now? What matters? What is life asking of me?
For many women, midlife is the time when the soul starts speaking more loudly often through pain, body symptoms, discomfort, exhaustion, stuckness, even nagging— and the longing to live more truthfully, more soulfully, becomes undeniable. I walk with women through this threshold because I believe it holds the seeds of real transformation and reclaimed power.

You don’t have to be clear. You don’t have to have the right words.
You just have to be willing.
I’ll meet you there.
With love,
