A different kind of support

You may have arrived here after trying very hard to hold yourself together alone.

You may already understand yourself intellectually.
You may have spent years reading, reflecting, healing, analysing, coping, adapting, or trying to keep functioning through what life has asked of you.
You may have tried one or many forms of support or healing, yet underneath it all, something still feels unresolved.

Sometimes this is exhaustion from carrying too much for too long.
Sometimes grief, fear, anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm.
Sometimes a growing sense that the life you have built no longer feels fully aligned or sustainable in the way it once did.

And sometimes it is more difficult to name.

A quiet but persistent feeling that something deeper in you is trying to come into life — alongside uncertainty, sensitivity, inner change, or questions about how to live more honestly in the world as it is now.

You may feel things deeply.
You may notice what others miss.
You may carry more emotionally, energetically, or relationally than people realise.

And at times, this can become overwhelming, isolating, confusing, or difficult to navigate alone.

This support is not about fixing who you are.

It is about creating a grounded and compassionate space where you can begin listening more deeply to yourself, understanding what is happening within you, and finding ways to move through change without losing connection to your own inner truth, humanity, sensitivity, or deeper knowing.

What happens in sessions

Sessions are spacious, intuitive, grounded, and responsive to what is unfolding in the moment.

You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or how to explain what you are experiencing.

Part of my role is helping track and meet what may feel difficult to hold, understand, or navigate alone.

I pay attention to what is happening emotionally, physically, psychologically, intuitively, energetically, and spiritually — and to how these layers interact within your lived experience.

At times we may work with:

  • emotional pain, grief, fear, or overwhelm

  • nervous system stress, contraction, shutdown, or fatigue

  • protective patterns, inner conflict, or long-held survival responses

  • body-based awareness and felt sense

  • intuitive perception and inner knowing

  • energetic clearing, alignment, and spiritual healing

  • awakening processes or periods of deeper inner change

  • questions of meaning, direction, contribution, creativity, or deeper calling

Often these experiences are not separate.

They move together.

And they are frequently shaped not only by personal history, but also by the wider conditions and pressures of the times we are living through.

The foundation of our work together

At the centre of how I support you is the quality of presence within the session itself.

A space where you do not need to perform wellness, certainty, clarity, or emotional control in order to be met with care.

Where your humanity is not treated as a problem to solve.

Where deeper honesty, awareness, healing, and inner movement can emerge gradually through relationship, attention, safety, and attunement.

Over time, many people find themselves becoming more connected to their inner knowing, more able to stay with themselves during uncertainty and change, and more able to live in ways that feel meaningful, grounded, and true to who they are.

Your choices for working together

While individual sessions are available, this kind of support is often most beneficial when there is enough continuity for deeper patterns and unfolding processes to emerge over time.

The first session includes both intake and active support, so ongoing sessions or containers tend to allow for a fuller and more integrated experience than a single standalone session.

For this reason, I offer both flexible individual sessions and longer-term containers.

All sessions are held online via Zoom.

I work with clients based in Australia and internationally, but I am unable to work with residents of the USA or its protectorates due to professional practice limitations.

Initial session

One 60-minute session (online via Zoom) — $195

This is the first session we work together.

It includes both an intake process and the beginning of the healing and exploration process.

We spend time exploring what you are currently navigating, relevant background and patterns, and what support feels most important for you at this time.

From there, we begin gently working with what is most present in your system and experience, and supporting you towards your goals.

Return session

One 60-minute session (online via Zoom) — $195

These sessions are for clients who have already had an Initial session.

These sessions support ongoing healing, emotional processing, nervous system support, deeper exploration, and continued work with what is unfolding in your life and inner experience over time.

Book sessions as you need them at the frequency that is right for you. 

6 session container

Six 60-minute sessions (online via Zoom) —$1,080 total (≈ $180/session)

This option is for those wanting a more consistent and ongoing space for support and deeper unfolding over time.

Rather than a single point of support, this becomes a container where patterns, shifts, and deeper layers can unfold gradually and integrate over time.

This can be especially supportive during periods of major life transition, burnout, grief, awakening, or deeper inner change.

Sessions are scheduled flexibly within a 6 month period at your pace.

The package fee is paid upfront.

How to get started

1.Book a free intro meeting (15 minutes)

A short, no-pressure conversation held via Zoom to explore what you’re needing and see if working together feels like a good fit. 

This is a also a space for you to ask any questions about how I work.

2.Complete a short intro form (5 minutes)

This form only takes 5 mins to complete and gives me some context of your experience and needs so I can support us in making the most of our time together.

You will b provided the link to the form on the screen after you have booked and also in your booking confirmation.

3.Attend your intro meeting and decide whether to begin

This is a no pressure conversation that is structured to give us both a sense of whether working together feels appropriate and supportive.

At the end of the conversation, you may choose to:

  • book an Initial session

  • take time to think about it before deciding

  • or decide that it’s the right fit at this time

If we both feel it’s a good fit to continue, booking an Initial Session is the next step, where we begin working more deeply with what you’re experiencing.
