4.3   Financial transactions relating to our website and services may be handled by our payment services providers. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

5.      International transfers of your personal data

5.1   In this Section 5, we provide information about the circumstances in which your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

5.2   The hosting facilities for our website via Squarespace, are situated in Ireland.

5.3   The hosting facilities for MailChimp, our email marketing management provider are located in the United States of America. Transfers to the USA will be protected by appropriate safeguards, namely, MailChimp has certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

5.4 Accuity Scheduling may transfer personal information to countries other than where you live, such as, for example, to their servers in the U.S. They also store personal information locally on the devices you use to access the Services. Accuity Scheduling relies upon a number of means to transfer personal information which is subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR including

5.5  You acknowledge that personal data that you submit for publication through our website or services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

6.      Retaining and deleting personal data

6.1   This Section 6 sets out our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.

6.2   Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

6.3   We will retain your personal data as follows:

       (a) usage data collected via Squarespace Analytics is retained from the time you first visit the website.  These retention periods are set by Squarespace             and we are unable to change them.

        (b) notification data is retained for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 7 years.

        (c) enquiry data and correspondence data is retained for a minimum of 12 months from the date of enquiry or last correspondence and up to 7 years.

        (d) service data is retained for 7 years after the last contact with you.

        (e) publication data is retained for as long as the information you have posted remains posted on our website.

        (f) transaction data will be retained for 5 years in accordance with Australian taxation laws.

6.4   In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria: the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
